Note to self: Clone Phoebe while an excellent physical replica has the IQ of a tube sock.
Phoebe realizes that she has way too many activities to handle. So, Max helps her clone herself. Billy and Nora try to find dance routine to do for their school talent show.
Phoebe is in the living room doing her math homework and making food for the upcoming bake sale. She is stressed because of the many activities ahead of her. Max comes over and she vents to him but he only makes fun of her. She wishes there were two of her. She realizes that she even forgot that she had promised to train Billy and Nora a dance routine for their upcoming school talent show.
A few hours later, Max calls Phoebe into his lair. He shows Phoebe a clone of Dr. Colosso and says that he has finally figured out cloning. Any time he tried to clone, they always came out with two butts but now he's perfected it. He then reveals a Phoebe clone. The clone looks exactly like Phoebe and she can talk, just like her. Phoebe is freaked out but impressed. She agrees to let Max's Clone!Phoebe to help with some of the activities. She allows Max to take the Clone!Phoebe to the library volunteer reading as long as he stays close to her all the time and doesn't let her go to the bake sale. Otherwise, it could expose the Thundermans. Both Phoebes make fun of Max and the real Phoebe leaves the lair.
Max uses his telekinesis to pull a library book on electricity so that he can return it or there will be a "charge" (pun intended!) Clone!Phoebe makes fun of Max's bad puns but unfortunately the book falls on her head. This turns Clone!Phoebe dumb instantly. She makes googly eyes and gets confused. Max gets her eyes back to normal, but she still sees rainbows. Colosso reminds Max the first rule of cloning is not to hit the clones on their head or else they go dumb. He demonstrates by hitting Clone!Colosso. This scares Max because the dumb clone Phoebe is more likely to screw things up at the library.
At the library, Clone!Phoebe is asked to read a story for the little kids. Unfortunately, she can't read much. Max gives her a picture story book so that she can describe the pictures to the kids. The pictures scare her off. Both Max and Phoebe are kicked out of the library volunteer service. Max sees a big guy reading a book on anger management and he points it out, making the guy angry. Max apologizes but his apology doesn't help much because Clone!Phoebe immediately hits the guy, making it look like Max did it. The angry dude rises to attack Max.
Phoebe is at home training Billy and Nora when she receives a video call from Max asking her to come fix things at the library. He says that he's realized that Phoebe's "twin" isn't smart as he thought. Phoebe gladly takes it to mean that Max is dumb. Max explains the situation to Phoebe and shows her Clone!Phoebe running all over with library carts. She asks Max to wait for her and not let the clone go to the bake sale. When Clone!Phoebe hears the bake sale mentioned, she runs there, leaving Max. It is then revealed that during this whole time, Max was suspended by the angry anger management man.
A few minutes later, Phoebe arrives at the library only to find Max in a trash can. Phoebe gets him out and they both go after Clone!Phoebe at the bake sale. The real Phoebe stays outside while Max enters inside to look for a way to get hold of the clone. He finds Cherry and distracts her. He then throws some baked goods under the table for Clone!Phoebe to fetch. This gives an opportunity for the real Phoebe to come over. Phoebe then goes under the table with rope to attempt to restrain Clone!Phoebe. A few moments later Max's relief is short lived as he realises it is the wrong Phoebe. He discovers his twin sister Tied Up and Gagged with a Cupcake jammed in her mouth under the table, a rather humilated Phoebe makes Max release her before they go after Clone!Phoebe who has escaped to the talent show. The Thunder Twins run to the talent show to save Billy and Nora's performance.
At the talent show, Nora and Billy are worried because Phoebe hasn't arrived yet. Hank and Barb offer to play the piano for them, but the kids diss them. Instead, they get their teacher to play for them before Phoebe arrives. Clone!Phoebe arrives first and causes havoc on the stage, disappointing Billy and Nora. Max and the real Phoebe finally arrive and watch the mess from behind the room. They start planning how to replace Clone!Phoebe from the stage. Unfortunately, their parents notice there are two Phoebes. They walk over to confront them about cloning. The Thundermans agree to use their powers in public - just this once - to save the talent show. Barb uses her Electriss powers to turn off the lights, giving Max and the real Phoebe a chance to go on stage and get rid of Clone!Phoebe. The real Phoebe finally takes over the piano, and the Thundermans bring back the light. Phoebe uses her telekinesis to give Billy and Nora an epic act, making them win the talent show.
Back at home, both Max and Phoebe are punished for cloning: they have to watch their parents dance for 3+ hours. When the twins ask what happened to the clone Phoebe and Colosso, the parents say that they went to a better place - to their aunt's farm. It turns out, they actually shipped the real Colosso and left the Clone!Colosso in the basement talking about how he is the mayor of string cheese.
