Chad is a character from the Thundermans/Haunted Hathaways crossover Haunted Thundermans. He held a big Halloween party and was possessed by the Green Ghoul so he could then possess one of the Thundermans in order to destroy Hank. The Green Ghoul then managed to possess Phoebe and just leave Chad lying in the courtyard.
